How can i play Blacklight Retribution?

Hi.My brother just told me about blacklight retribution and i wanna play it on my computer.After i installed it and started to play the game freezes a lot and graphics aren't so good(its not the game cause at my brothers computer the graphics are spectacular).Can you please tell how can i play without lack of graphics and without freezing???
