Could anyone help me flash the Slim ICS ROM on my Samsung Galaxy S 4G?

I have flashed roms on my HTC HD2, which I have to say was MUCH easier. I don't really understand the lingo, as in what is "adb" and such.
Could anybody walk me through how to install this rom from start to finish, preferable explaining any terms/lingo?
