I had a baby a little over a year ago. I've been working on getting back into shape... and I've almost gotten there. I weigh a little over 120lbs.
I'm skinny now... don't get me wrong. But I want a TONED stomach. And for some reason... it's not as easy as B.B. (Before the baby).
Any tips on how to get a flat stomach after having a baby? I've lost the weight, I just need toning. Thank you so much in advance!

Along with your exercise, you should wear some kind of tight garment around your belly to help keep you pulled in. Before you put it on you should put some kind of firming creams or lotions on to keep your skin looking nice, try Palmer's Tummy Butter, and if you have any stretch marks, it should get rid of those too. I don't know what your exercise regimen is, but I have heard amazing things about yoga for toning your tummy. You could also look on Fitnessmagazine.com they have some great articles and tips on this sort of thing. I hope I helped!
Do Pilates exercises and yoga. They're great for toning muscles without bulking up. You can buy tutorial DVDs or watch Youtube videos related to it. Also do sit-ups, and crunches.
