It was a dual change, in 1981 in Pakistan he changed his name to Barak Mounir Ubayd, then in BC,Canada Ubayd changed his name to BHO. I think, of course there is no proof except for circumstantial evidence, like locking away his Occidental college transcripts because he had told the IL bar association NO to the question of ever using another name. His Granny worked in some regard in HI where she had access to SSN's of dead people who had never received SS benny's and would raise no flag when the number re-surfaced. He now uses a CT SSN, allegedly, that was issued in 1890 to a dude I don't remember the name of.
