While cleaning dental hygienist put cough drop in her mouth with gloves still on then cleaned my mouth.?
I just had my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist was coughing, stopped and put a cough drop in her mouth with her gloves still on. Then cleaned my teeth. I did not think anything of it until I got home. Any opinions. Serious Answers Only Please. Thank you.

If she just untwisted the wrapper and popped the cough drop right in her mouth straight from the wrapper then I'd say no big deal (however I would have re-gloved if I was her)...if she actually touched the bare cough drop with a glove contaminated with blood or saliva and put it in her mouth then that isn't going to affect you but was a bad idea on her part for her own safety.
If this happened to me I'd think "nice", because she's trying to stop coughing. Also, hopefully it was a new cough drop, if so, that doesn't bother me. But if was in a wrapper from her sucking on it earlier and set it aside that is definitely not alright.
Also, she was in your mouth and then got your germs on her cough drop before putting it in her mouth? What the- she's either got kids, has seen/done nastier things in her office, or is trying to build up her immune system or something.
Ultimately, she's human and was probably trying to do you a favor by finding a way to stop coughing. Lady obviously is working hard and needs to keep an income if she's sick while at work. Perhaps she was so into cleaning that she did not even realize what she did, just as you did not realize until later.
That is not 100% gross, but if she is putting her fingers in your mouth she should have stop and took off even just one glove to do what she needed to do. Next if their is one explain to her that your not comfortable with that situation. She should of known better but she could of done that before and no one said anything. If it isn't cool with you then tell them cuz their not going to stop until you put your foot down.
