What are working strategies that prevent vandalism in a school boy's bathroom?
The female bathroom has no history of graffiti whatsoever. I want methods besides removing the graffiti or locking the bathrooms.

Enforce a rule that all graffiti must be reported, or the last person to be seen going in on camera will take the heat. This will scare some kids straight, and if not, then at least you know who did it.

Fake security cameras. Fairly cheap to make/buy. Basically just need a metal box with a tinted window at the front. The fear of being caught is the only thing that will stop them.
