bleaching hair out of box?

i have natural dirty blonde hair, but i dyed it medium brown. now i want to go like bleach blonde like this: http://search.stagram.com/username/sagalindgren

what box of color should i use? also should i need toner? i wanna be able to get all of this at CVS. thanks

Definitley born blonde maxi!!!! By nice n easy :) get at least 2 boxes to make sure it works!!! :) and youll have a back-up just in case it doesnt :) but it should work! Thats wht i use!!!
