Because toilets keep the water cold and that makes it more refreshing

The toilet gets flushed (hopefully) several times a day so the water is always fresh. The water is probably colder than what is in her bowl.
Maybe change her water for fresh cold water a few times a day and keep the lid down on the toilet?

well if you could afford it you could get a water bowl that keeps the water cold. Too correct you could probably put a water bowl in the toilet and once he gets used to it close the lid and put to water bowl on top. Once he gets used to that, put it on the floor, then after that put it where you usually have your water bowl. Remember to always close the toilet lid or door so he doesn't have an option on where to drink.

Probably, 1. It's cold 2. Water is always present.

So does mine, and I have no problem with that except for having a wet toilet seat from time to time. As long as you flush, and don't use any harsh chemicals in it, who cares? It's nice COLD FRESH water!
