Who do you think should make the plans for an anniversary?

Who do you honestly think should? I believe its a formal & romantic evening to be celebrated. And it should be celebrated that way by the guy making the plans. Surprise her & everything. **Dating. Not marriage**

I agree that he should plan it but he may not know you want him to or that he should. You may have to just nudge him in the right direction and get him to do the planning unfortunately though without the surprise.
