is he just trying to get my attention? It's not mean teasing, it's just playing around... But when we're alone, we always have conversations and talk about stuff, but in front of our friends we just act like nothing is going on sometimes... and sometimes he's silly...

we don't go out, but I do like him... what gives?

happened with me..he probably likes you and admires your company.
he's just shy and kinda blushing probably(this happened with me)
let the relationship take its natural course...
