Hello there folks, I found a job and I've been employed for like 5-6 days and I've found something better with better pay and benefits closer my house. Can I leave immediately since ive been here only for a week or do I need a 2 week notice? Whats the most appropriate way to leave this job on good terms. Thanks for your advice ! -CamryMan

If you wish to show respect for the current company and management staff - you should give 2 weeks and completely work the 2 weeks. I believe you should never just walk off a job or not give 2 weeks for the simple fact of if the new job does not work out the way you planned... You want to a good separation from the prior job just in case you would like to do back at any time.
2 weeks notice is required if you want ever want to come back and also leaving suddenly might effect ur new job. If new job doesnt require u to work their immediately, I would say u should stay and completely ur 2 weeks.
