How do MEPS get access to medical records?

With all honestly, I don't even know what's on my medical records.. I haven't been to the doctors for a long time..

The only medical records they can really get access to is what you give them access to.

If you sign one of those medical record waiver things its still only goes by information that you give them doctors and insurance.
