HELP! How to tuck my shirt in...?

I'm starting a new job today, which requires me to tuck in my shirt.

Now, I have some curves, at it doesn't look good with just shoving my shirt in my pants. I end up getting a "muffin top" effect.

Does anyone have tips/tricks on how this lady can look good with tucking her shirt in?

I think the most flattering way would be to tuck it in tightly, and then pull it out, without completely pulling out, so that it hangs out slightly, so you get a nice, loosely tucked effect. It's also really in fashion to have a loosely tucked shirt.
