If im asking should i be paying?

Everyone wanted me to ask the foreign exchange guy at our school to homecoming so im going to ask him tuesday by making a sign. If he says yes should i pay for both our tickets, dinner, and the picture package? 
Normally when a guy asks a girl he pays so since im asking him i feel like i should pay?
Should i just pay the tickets and split everything else? Pay it all?

It is considered good manners to pay for all if you are the one asking, unless you make it clear beforehand that it is "going dutch".  The same for goes if a guy if he asks you.

I think you should each pay for a ticket then split everything else. Paying for everthing seems excessive and unnecessary plus really expensive for you.
