Do antidepressants differ in quality from one brand name to another?

My point is that I'm starting to take antidepressants that contain sertraline hydrochloride
I live in Egypt and there are two different brand names that contain the same exact formula
But one of them is a lot more expensive than the other, so if i bought the cheaper one does it mean that it will be less effective even though it has the same formula ?

Hello there: We have the same thing here in the states. One is brand name the other is generic. The brand will cost more. The generic is the same formula but may lack in the size of the dose. it could be a little weaker or a little stronger. This was told to me by a Doctor.
