Original remote just bit it, and need to access the menu on the TV in order to setup a different bluetooth remote. Every time I hit the Menu or Settings on the remote, it just brings up the cable box settings. Suggestions?

I don't know how different a TW remote might be from a Comcast one,
but I can say for certain that Comcast's remotes suck big time
when it comes to controlling TVs.
A very frustratingly difficult and fiddly process is required
to make a Comcast remote consistently operate
even a small portion of a TV's functions.
A lot of non-original remotes simply cannot access some functions on some items.
If that's the case with your situation, you'll have to replace the TV remote,
or at least borrow one that works.
