I've noticed I'm starting to have more pimples and oily skin than normal and it's starting to stress me out. I use St. Ives Apricot scrub every morning, when I get home from school, and then again at night. Is this schedule okay? Also I've started running daily so I'm wondering if that would help at all. Any suggestions on what I should do instead?

Dont scrub you face daily. You are only suppose to do that like once a week. St. Ives scrubs can be quite harsh for your skin. I would never use it. If you have oily skin, you may want to consider using Avene facial products such as CLEANANCE SOAP-FREE GEL CLEANSER, CLEANANCE ANTI-SHINE PURIFYING LOTION (toner) and CLEANANCE ANTI-SHINE REGULATING LOTION (moisturizer). This was prescribed to me by my dermatologist.
You may also want to try applying lemon juice and scrub a ripe tomato on your face in the mornings. Not together, but on alternate days. Drink lots of water and stay away from salted food or junk food. eat more fruits like oranges and papaya.
Regular Exercise gives you beautiful healthy glow, and may actually improve the condition of your skin. And always remember; don’t touch your face too much, as the bacteria and oil on your hands may cause blemishes. Make sure you get them for your skin as long as it is a reputable store, their own brand should be cheaper, but the same quality as expensive brands. Wash your hands before treating or touching your face.
I have had acne for a few years and finally i asked my friend who had really good skin WHAT DO I DO!! and she gave me the proavtiv repairing lotion. i know proactiv is such a commercial product it seems like it wouldn't work but it really helped clear up my skin. the only downside is that it totally drys out your skin. which might be good since you said you get oily skin. also sweating does help clear your pores. and i would suggest only washing your face at night.
The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
