Depends. Does it matter if all the other bits are also 'big' ? There are some phenomenally big fat women in many of the Northern cities. Also, places on the South Coast such as Portsmouth have public housing areas where people of enormous physical excess can be seen going about their business, back and fore to the shops, pubs etc. Try the Cambridgeshire, Norfolk area too. The latest scientific research says that Wales is now vying for the #1 spot with the United States for obesity.
