Need a complicated math problem w/ the answer 38, for a birthday cake for math genius whos turning 38.?

A very close friend of ours is turning 38. Instead of putting "Happy 38th Birthday" on her cake we want to put "Happy (complicated math problem) Birthday. She will think it's hillarious. Any help? I suck at math. To me 2 plus 2 is twenty-two. Okay, I'm not that bad. Seriously, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Volume= (Pi radius squared) Times ( Height)
Volume equals 3.14x(4x4)X.76=38
Maybe you could make a cylinder and put it on top of the cake, and make sure the cylinder is 8 inches wide and a bit less than an inch tall. If you want to be precise count up to the 7th tick mark on a ruler,
(the marks within the inch) then add half a tick. This is about .76 of an inch. Well I hope this is the answer you were looking for. and I hope your friend has a happy birthday! If this answer is unclear please comment and I will come up with a new one!

SQRT(1600) - 64^(1/6)

The square root of 1600 minus 64 raised to the 1/6 power.
The square root of 1600 = 40
64 raised to the 1/6 power = 2
40 - 2 = 38

Is this "complicated" enough for you?
