So i ive had a ps3 for 3 years now and today i sold it. I sold it for $150 and almost immedietly bought a 150gb slim for $150. And mw3 came with it. I also gave away cod waw and 2 other games. I feel sort of bad that after 3 years i gave it away. It was a 40gb but i recently switched out my hard drive with my cousin which was a 80gb. Right decesion made?

That was probably a good decision in the long run, because if the older PS3 was heavely played then most likely the Solder for your CPU and GPU might have been getting where they were about to disconnect which would result in the "Yellow Light of Death" (YLOD). Not saying it was going to, but there was a 50/50 chance. Plus you got a slim and from what I've heard the Slim's where built to last for a good amount of time, so yes in the long run you will notice that you made a good decision.
