What is the difference between these two boosters?

There are three boosters for blackberry. What is the difference between the first two. Also if I have a blackberry, does that make me automatically eligible for those specific boosters or must I join the tmobile PAYG Blackberry plan?

The first two are for 30 days and the last is for 6 months. I have absolutely no idea where you got 5 days from.
