Cheese covered chilies?

Just wondering if it's possible to cover chilies in cheese?

(Much like you would cover strawberries in chocolate.)

If so, what cheese and method would be best?

Uhhhh yeah it's possible if you want heartburn. :) I know from experience and it's not very pleasurable. Unless if you like spicy stuff which I do, but I still regret it sometimes.

Its easier to take a larger chili like Jalapeno and fill it with cheese as they do in poppers for in that way the cheese will not come off or burn and you still get the combination of flavors.
