Is this a zit or a spider bite?

So for the past few days there has been a red spot on the inside of my nostril. One day it really hurt, because I tried to pop it, but it was under the skin so it didn't work. The next few days it just got redder and a little bigger. Today I looked at it in the mirror and I see not one but several whiteheads, but they also kinda looked like teeny eggs, and I know they are most likely just several whiteheads, but i was wondering if anybody could reassure me...

Anyways, right now I have a towel with salt water on it to draw out any liquid.

This is probably something like a bad zit, usually called skin abscesses.
Aint no way a spider is going to crawl near tour mouth or nose.
These can be aggravating, had them myself, but they usually do heal fine.
(think of these like an infected pore, effectively, whiteheads)
Don't know if the salt helps, but HOT water does.
