Best and simplest photoshop?

I had Picassa, which is good, but I wanted a bit more and used Picnic which is now closed. Ribbet is the same as Picnik but the problem is that I have to download each picture to their website. I have tried Adobe CS6 and elements 10 and they are a bit too much for me, plus some of the features are not as good as I found in the Picnik program.

They are not simple like Picnik. Is there any other photoshop program that I can use on my computer that is simple? I like the regular feature I have on Picasa but I wouldn't mind having the brighten eyes and teeth and adding "stickers". The adobe's eye whitening is not the same. Picnik did a better job of this.

Thank you in advance for your nice answers.

Photoshop and Photoshop Elements are the only "photoshops" in existence..

I've used Photofiltre for several years. It does much more than any internet photo software. It's free and a simple download puts it directly onto your computer. If you need a little nudge to learn how it works, there are YouTube videos and a couple of websites that explain the features.
