get tickets removed from my driving record?

I was stationed in Hawaii with the navy, during that time I recieved a ticket for speed contest, that citation along with tickets from my past in Indiana have caused me to a HTV through the DMV. Now living in indiana I am unable to drive due to this ticket and have no way of looking for a job. Is there anyway to have this ticket removed from my record? I am in serious distress over this because I am unable to work, commute and go to school because of this HTV judgement.

Quizzard, the tickets prior to this speed contest one were all from when I was 16 and 17 years old, a misspent youth obviously, this ticket is the first One I recieved in almost 10 years so you perception of saying I am a danger to public safety is ridiculous. The ticket for speed contest was not racing, it was exhibition of speed, in a vacant parking lot, far from public and spectators, but seeing how the parking lot was unknowingly owned by the state is the reason for the severity of the ticket. Next time you answer a question maybe it should be with a answer that is viable instead of your personal opinion.

Sorry, your chance to fight traffic violations came BEFORE you racked up all the tickets, especially the racing charge. Best you move to some place where you have bus service, you're not driving for 5 years (nor should you be, for the safety of everyone.)

I suggest that you talk to an attorney, preferably one that specializes in traffic offenses. You may be able to ask a judge to change the penalty to limited driving rather than no driving.
