What is the saddest most heart wrenching piece ever written for the piano?

Hi. I am looking for any piano piece that can match the above description. I suffer from severe depression from time to time, so I am in search of a piece of music I can play to get it all out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wouldn't it be better to play happier songs to help? However:

Try Sibelius Valse Triste (the piano transcription).

If you listen to Pogorelich performance (YouTube) you will see what I mean.
It is sad and heart-breaking.
