I've had dogs before, but this one loves licking my legs after I get out of the shower. She's not thirsty or anything because she constantly has access to water. Even after I dry my legs off, she still licks them. She'll follow me around, licking my legs, until I put pants on.

She likes the salt and the water just makes it even more appealing lol... it doesn't mean she's thirsty or anything... your legs are a treat to her! Plus, it might be her sign of affection or togetherness with you.
You can train it out of her though, it wouldn't be a big deal for her.
