What are some cheap and easy meals for a poor college age kid? Mac n cheese, ramen noodles, hotdogs, vienna sausage, peanut butter, tuna, what else? I would appreciate some healthier options too.

Those Knorr/Lipton rice packets. They're only a dollar. Get the buffalo chicken one. Add a little can of cooked chicken ($1.60) and you have dinner. Or the spanish rice one and add half a can of black beans (can is 60 cents). Use the other half of the can (or the rices) in scrambled eggs. (Less than $2 for 18). And invest in a bag of shredded cheddar on sale along with some tortillas. You'll be set fopr quite a while.
carrot and humas cereal and milk protein shakes meal replacers (if you get a big container average about $1.50 a serving) yogurt rice (you can add anything to it and you have a meal) oatmeal eggs
buy some potatoes. you can cook them hellllllla different ways, and you'd be surprised at how inexpensive some of the fresh produce is. i dont know if your a fan of fruits and veggies, but if you are check it out. also canned soups, chilis, chef boyardi, etc. are always nice.
