Recurring nightmare, what does it mean?

I keep having a recurring nightmare where my husband gets violent with me, and one of his friends throws my child out the window. Ultimately in the dream I end up leaving him, and become homeless. My husband and I very rarely fight, and our relationship is stable. It's such a disturbing dream, what could it mean?

Seems like you have a fear of your life falling apart. This could could come from an unstable childhood or your parents divorce. You also may feel that your husband chooses his friends over you and the kids.

sounds such as you have been abducted with the help of extraterrestrial beings, taken to their domicile planet the place the gravity is larger, have been given probed for a whilst and back domicile on your mattress all in 5 or 10 minute. That sounds impossible whether extraterrestrial beings certainly exist. On a greater severe notice, in case you're being haunted, you're giving the ghosts potential via your worry and that they gained't go away you on my own till you supply up being annoying. someway you could desire to recover from the phobia with the help of finding at some positives like they cant harm you and and so on. Then perhaps a greater known sleep trend will advance and remedy your challenge all at the same time.

I could mean it's time to switch to decaffeinated...
It's a dream - you have no control over it--no one does. It doesn't HAVE to mean anything, it could be your fears expressing themselves. Don't look too deeply into dreams hoping for meaning and answers - they are chaotic and random much of the time and rarely have answers. Recurring dreams are often associated with fevers or post-traumatic episodes, you may want to get a check up and consult your physician.
Good luck - hope this helps.
