How to wear hi tops with leggings?

I have the following pair of dunks:

And another pair that are blue and black and was curious as to whether they would look okay with leggings? And how to wear them?
I've heard of wearing them with a slouchy pair of socks showing which looks okay but then what top? Any outfit suggests are very much appreciated, thank you!

Easily! you just gotta wear a pair or two of slouch socks to tie the outfit together. leggings are like jeans, the go with everything. But as with any outfit socks can tie the whole outfit together.
