Your assertion that natural disasters are occurring at an unusually high rate is unfounded. I'm also not sure why you think unrest and warfare in the Middle East is unusual (indeed, it is where organized warfare appears to have been first invented). It's been the normal and frequent condition for longer than I've been alive. In a typical year, there are usually over 200 mass animal death incidents in the US alone. Rivers turning red is perhaps slightly more unusual, but hardly unheard of.
It's not a coincidence. The so-called prophecies just claim that things which always happen will happen before the end. That's called a trivial prophecy.

Neither the beginning of the end nor coincidence. None of the things you claim have any basis in fact or have perfectly normal, natural explanations. No Doomsday prophecy is coming true.
