N: I eat a lot of white rice and noodles with healthy sides. Will I gain weight?

For meals, I know that pasta and white rice isn't that good but that's all my mom cooks and I always eat it with lots of veggies and tofu and shrimp and fish and some meat sometimes. I also always have fruit as dessert. Is this still considered healthy and will keep me slim/lean and healthy?

it depends on how much of them u do eat
an how often

u need to keep everything balanced. an in the right order
with some exercise
an proteins an carbs have to be balanced

dont eat white rice.... or regular pasta
eat whole wheat pasta, an brown rice

You eat regular cucumber. So you stay slim. It is very activity path.

it's all about portions. if you eat excess then you'll gain weight, otherwise, you'll be be fine.
