Did more megapixel mean better Quality. I notice that Canon and Panasonic Has 12.1 megapixel and Sony 18.1 megapixel.
Sorry don't recommended me DSLR.I already have Canon T2i (550d).

More Megapixels does NOT mean better image quality. 10-12MP is better...that's why the Canon and Panasonic models have 12MP. The Sony has 18MP...far too many MP so it produces worse image quality.
I recommend you look at either the Canon SX50 HS or the Panasonic FZ200, which are also capable of shooting in RAW.
Here are the specs of both cameras...http://www.dpreview.com/products/compare/side-by-side?products=canon_sx50hs&products=panasonic_dmcfz200
Going by specs alone (you also need to read the full specs in each camera's manual as well as the various reviews on offer)...I'd choose the FZ200 because it has better specs... f/2.8 aperture at ALL focal lengths faster fps at full resolution (up to 12fps v 2.2fps) stronger flash (13.5m v 5.5m) higher res. EVF (1,312,000 dots v 202,000 dots) better battery life (540 shots v 335 shots using viewfinder) better movie mode
More megapixels doesn't mean better quality, either for build or picture. If you already have a dSLR, why get a bridge? Isn't getting a longer lens more reasonable? If you don't think so, you could sell your dSLR and get the SX50 for the most zoom ever on a digital camera.
