I just got my new phone two weeks ago. I turn it off every night whether its charging or not. Just today I noticed that when I turned it on it deleted my text message shortcut. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do to fix it or is there a problem with the phone. I'm worried if it is a problem it will get worse than just one shortcut and it is kinda annoying to have to go and bring it out all the time. Thanks!

I've never had this issue. It sounds like a small bug. Did you get an update recently? If it persists, then back up your music and photos and perform a factory reset by going to settings, back up and reset, factory data reset. Its always recommended to do a factory reset after any phone update. Good luck

Which text cloth message app do you have? because of the fact the inventory message icon is interior the dock statin and might't be circulate.
