Hi! He is probably having great days at school! The only thing is that young boys or boys in general most of the time HATE to discuss their personal lives unless your intimate with them (husband, boyfriend,) They are still very cautious then. If your worried about him, talk to him and see what he says. if your not comfortable with it then talk to his teacher or the counselor

I agree with liz...I think it's more of a control thing as well. My boy is in kindergarten and everyday I ask what he did in school and he always tells me but on days when he did something wrong he doesn't want to talk...itll take a couple of times of me asking till he spills the beans.

It's not a boy thing, it's a "control" thing. When my daughter was in pre school I asked her how school was and she said "Mom, it's really not your business". When I told the teacher she said that, the teacher told me that when kids go to school, it is the first time that they realize that you REALLY DON'T know what they are doing! She said that at home, they know you can see and hear them at all times, but at school, you can't. So they kind of keep that to themselves, as a source of control, something that you have no control over.

I have a 21 year old son and been married to same man for 23 years...they NEVER talk about their day without being asked...it's just not a guy thing! lol

No it's not a boy thing.
He simply doesn't wish to discuss his time at school, or he is being bullied and threatened to not tell anyone.
