Problems with an Uninstalled Program...?

I installed a ViStart start menu thing that I heard about on CNet, but it bugged me and didn't have the functionality I was looking for so I uninstalled it but this little text thing in the corner still says "Start" and I really have no idea what to do next. Help?

you should delete all the folders left
go to my computer,in the search box write ViStart ,then wait till the results are shown,then delete what you think that are conected with that program,after that do a restart.

if that does't help,you could try your uninstaller. ore revo uninstaller
