I'm trying to look online for a awesome painter. Where I can send them a photo and they actually paint it (NOT print it) on a canvas board?

You can try looking on Deviantart.com
That website is FILLED with all types of artists who you can pay to do this for you. It might be a bit hard to find someone who isnt too pricey and too occupied with too many requests, but its worth a shot. Thats all i got.
