Here is a site i used to get started in learning Autocad. It's pretty decent in knowledge and should help any beginner.

I suggest you find some step by step tutorials either on YouTube or Vimeo. Don't do the fast ones, you learn nothing that way. Try to find the ones that are long and maybe come in many parts. You will usually get a good idea of how to use the toolbars and things with long vids.
