Half of My Toshiba laptop screen just went white with a streak of black. what happened to it?

could be a few things
first thing to try is connecting another monitor to see if it is the video hardware
next uninstall ur video driver and reinstall.
When it is uninstalled it should work in VGA mode.
If it does not then it is a good bet it is either a loose video connector to the display or the display itself....Show more
