Is there any way to get Installous 4 on a 2nd Gen Ipod Touch on iOS 4.2.1 (already jailbroken of course)?

Adding the source which normally has Installous, http://cydia.hackulo.us, is not working, it simply does not let me install it. Sinful Iphone Repo has Installous 5, but I cannot install that because iOS 4.2.1 is the latest iOS my device will support. Is there any way I can get Installous on my iPod Touch, or not?
