Move the video from your phone to your computer. Assuming you are on windows since you didnt specify you can use windows movie maker to rotate the entire film to the way you want it to be. Then save the movie as a new movie when you are done.

You should be able to do that with your computer. Any additional editing can be done with software called Aftereffects.
