Skyrim Ysolda Not in the Bannered Inn?

Question

Ok, so I married Ysolda.  

Then, the innkeeper, Hulda, at the Bannered Inn in Whiterun had an "accident".

It seems like Ysolda has taken over the inn as her dialogue is now showing those innkeeper options...."10 gold to rent a room"...."heard any rumors"...etc

However, Ysolda isn't inside the inn.  She seems to stay inside my house.  Is Ysolda supposed to start appearing inside the Bannered Inn after she takes over?  If so, how can I make her start appearing there?  I tried reloading and fast traveling and she doesn't leave my house.

That is a bug. Even if you are married and Hulda is dead, she will keep talking about taking over the Inn, and she never will

if you married her shes not suppose to leave your house she can also open her own shop in your house its very helpful when you need to sell your junk my wife sleeps in my basement i guess its just the weird stuff people you choose to marrie i got hitched with my house guard so i can have her follow me
