It's survivable in very small amounts.
Read here:

It says 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of antifreeze per pound of body weight is lethal. So a 6 pound dog can survive less than 6 teaspoons, undiluted. It usually is diluted, so it's more like 12 teaspoons.

Did she get more than that?
Did she seem sick? How do you know she was poisoned?

Hopefully, she's OK.
Antifreeze poisoned dogs seem to recover, then "crash" and die. Sorry!!! Sorry, sorry, sorry! I don't know if that's going to happen, but I wanted you to be prepared in case it does.

If it's been a week then I'd guess whatever damage there's going to be has been done. This would mainly be kidney damage I suppose.

What happens with large enough doses as far as I know would be that kidney function would be pretty much destroyed and the animal would die in a few days.

Think it effects thier kidneys. she'll need a test for kidney functiion, some local SPCAs have reduced cost services. people and pets can injest limited amounts of antifreeze.
