I had surgery 3 weeks ago on my left breast to remove a lump, that was not cancer. But now?

I have a hugh lump 1/2 the size of my breast. Could this be scar tissue? Or what. ?

It's just the scar tissue that is filling in from what was removed. I have the same issue.
