Doubling up the day after you miss a pill is damage control, not a fix. It makes it less likely for the pill to fail, but it still does make the pill less reliable than if you take it every day around the same time. Each and every time you miss a pill the risk of pregnancy increases, even if you double up the next day.

In other words: don't do this without using backup protection (condoms) for a week every time you miss a pill unless you want to start having babies now.

If you can't remember to take the damn pills get an IUD or do the shot. They will not work right if you don't take them right. Set an alarm on your phone for a time that you are always up and take them then,
