How long until I receive my Federal Return?

Filed 3 days ago with H&R Block. Getting Direct Deposit :) Last year it was exactly 7 days until it was deposited to my account. This year its stating up to 21 days. Has anyone received theirs this year yet? Thanks for the input guys and girls!

My friend got her refund back saturday.She went with turbo tax,but she filed hers early and i think she got accepted earlier than the 30th.I got mines done on the 26th so hopefully i will be getting them back this week.
