would a caucasian mountain dog consider other family animals (other dogs *small or large*, cats, farm animals like horses and sheep and cows, etc) to be their pack? Would a caucasian mountain dog be okay with them so long as the dog is gotten as a puppy and raised with the other animals?

If they above grown up together and are used to each other there should be no problem. They were bred to be guarding dogs so it will be put to its natural purpose. Just get proper training and nothing will go wrong.

They are highly protective of their family and territory and extremely suspicious of strangers and dogs.
