Who wrote the National Firearms Act of 1934.?
I have googled my fingers off and can't find the author of the bill. I know what members of congress voted for it, and the NRA backed it, but I want to know who drafted it.
Congress voted on it stupid. They didn't write it. It was written by one person or a group of people. I have read it in it's entirety. Need to know who drafted it. Learn to read.
