Playstation 3 Super Slim No Picture or Sound?

I got the PS3 Super Sim a few months ago. I'm using a NYKO HDMI cable, and while im playing a game or just at the home screen, the picture will randomly disapear and there will be no audio either. Then, the picture or audio does not come back on unless I reboot the system. This just started happening a few days ago. It is getting very annoying because it usually happens while Im playing a game. It's not the TV, because I tried hooking the PS3 up to another TV i have and it still happens. I think its either the PS3 or the HDMI cable. I hope its not the PS3 since I just got it. Do you have the Super Slim , and if so does this happen to you? or do you think its the HDMI cable?

Possibly the HDMI Cable, try holding down the power button for about 4 seconds when turning the PS3 on to reset the PS3 display. If it doesn't work then try purchasing a new HDMI cable.

The sleek curved frame, small size and lightweight doesn’t make any difference to the performance of the new console (unless you’re planning on moving your PS3 around frequently), but if you have limited space in your T.V. cabinet, it does fit quite snugly among your other devices without taking up too much space.
