Amnesia Lights/Shadows bugging out when I move?

I started playing amnesia and when I walk all of the shadows and lights start bugging out. I tried lowering the shadow quality and resolution but it didn't really change anything. I know that it isn't the game because I have seen what it is supposed to look like. Any suggestions?

One of the problems you're having may be that Amnesia is just acting up, or that if you did adjust the quality of shadows and resolutions, it may be your computer. Unity, Java or whatever 3D software client the game runs on, might be the problem; they might be outdated.
